GX Foundations is an introductory course to learn more about the GX program and ZONED Fitness.  You may enroll in any GX program without participating in the GX Foundations.

Course Details

- 60 to 90 minute course / workout at ZONED Fitness.

- Offered twice each month.

- Learn about the ZONED Training Method.

- Be introduced to exercises regularly seen in GX sessions and learn how to modify theses exercises.

- Understand your ZONE...your appropriate training level.

- Address any concerns you may have.

- Free of charge!
