Think of yourself that way and I guarantee you it will change the way you walk, work, and the decisions you make about leadership, teamwork, and success on a daily basis. “The Big Game” is a sports conditioning based high intensity workout that will challenge you both mentally and physically. It consists of 4- 10 minute quarters that will Unleash your inner athlete and take your physical fitness to the next level. Luckily, you won’t have to go it alone. Classes are team oriented, so chest bumps, high fives and loud cheering are strongly encouraged.  This way you and your squad can all make it through to the finish line together."
