ZONED Fitness recognizes no two people are the same, no two lives are the same, and no two fitness programs should be the same.

At ZONED, clients participate in personal training and fitness classes using the zoned training method which identifies an individual's current fitness state and maps a progressive program to success.


Our clients begin their fitness journey in one of the zones above.  Their training program focuses on taking them to the next zone in their progression, or to a higher level within their current zone.
